Faye’s Florist & Gifts reserves the right to make subsitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, vases, wrapping papers, fruits, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should the original materials be unavailable

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

If you wish to change your order , please contact us at sales@oswsb.com. We always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including delivery address and in relation to card messages) that are requested by 10 am one (1) day before the intended delivery day.

• We accept payment via VISA, Master Card, QRpay,Vcash, GrabPay & Boost only at our shops.
• Online ordering for Klang Valley Delivery, we accept VISA/Master Credit Card, Debit Card & Bank Transfer only.
• For Non Klang Valley/ Nationwide Delivery & Customization ordering, we do accept VISA/Master Credit Card, Debit card via Ozopay Link Payment. Contact us on the detail.
• *For bank transfer, kindly provide us a screenshot showing your transfer confirmation. Nonetheless, we reconcile our bank account three times per day to track received payments.

Standard delivery time 10am to 6pm within Klang Valley. 

If specific delivery time or outside of Klang Valley or Malaysia is required, kindly contact us before placing orders. We will try to accommodate your delivery time & location request. Additional charges will be incurred accordingly.
Extra delivery charges will be also imposed on deliveries of wrong address given, redeliver due to any reason, and to collect cards or special gifts items from customer to be delivered together with flower bouquet ordered.
